Join our team as a Supply Chain Associate, where your organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative mindset will drive success in our supply chain processes.

Work Set-up: Onsite (Madrigal Business Park, Alabang)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchasing & Sourcing

  • Assist in sourcing trade and non-trade items as requested by various departments.

  • Conduct market research and evaluate supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders, monitor order status, and follow up on timely delivery.

  • Documentation & Systems

  • Generate and manage procurement-sales documents using the SAP B1 System

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records.
  • Use the SAP B1 system to streamline procurement processes.

  • Supplier & Customer Coordination

  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

  • Administrative Support

  • Provide support in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and procurement trackers.

  • Assist in logistics coordination when needed.

Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Financial Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 6 months of procurement experience with exposure to SAP B1 is preferred, but not mandatory.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills when working with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A proactive team player with attention to detail.
