About the Role

Concerted Management Corporation, the support group of Motortrade Nationwide Corporation, the number 1 motorcycle dealer in the Philippines, is looking for a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful construction and renovation of Motortrade branches nationwide to support its expansion and growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and resource allocation for new branch constructions and renovations nationwide.
  • Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring projects progress as planned.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans to keep projects on track.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to provide regular updates on progress and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure all construction work is compliant with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and report on project performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the construction project management team.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in commercial or residential construction sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, budget management, resource management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects from start to finish.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
