  • Assists in evaluating existing design standards and checks the implementation of approved construction drawing plans.
  • Assist in the review of construction contracts.
  • Plans and coordinates a project from start to finish, including organizing the schedule of work, costings, and budget.
  • Manage the assigned construction site including monitoring contractors, checking materials, inspecting work, and overseeing quality control.
  • Attend client and contractors meetings to inform them of progress on the project and discusses issues and concerns of the project.
  • Evaluates the progress of works and submits daily, weekly, and monthly detailed construction activity reports.
  • Ensures the project/s assigned is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing on budgets, and monitoring progress.
  • Acquires post-construction permits.
  • Completes punchlists prior to turnover to property management.
  • Witnesses the Testing and Commissioning.
  • Recommends issuance of Certificate of Completion and Acceptance of contractors.
  • Recommends and processes release of retention to contractors.
  • Turnovers the property to the Property Management Group.
  • Prepares the Construction Completion Report.
  • Ensures that the as-built plans are complete and reflective of the built structure
