  • Must have strong background in mass hiring of skilled workers through different kinds of platforms.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Primary Task

  • Leads the recruitment team in executing end to end hiring processes.
  • Develops and implements recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Monitors hiring timelines and ensures all processes are compliant with internal and legal standards.
  • Ensures alighment of staffing needs with company goalds by coordinating closely with department heads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
