Duties and Responsibilities:

· Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans and delegating individual responsibilities

· Assist in routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections of the facilities and equipment. This includes tasks such as plumbing work, electrical repairs, painting, flooring repair, and heating and air conditioning system maintenance

· Conduct regular test and inspections of equipment/machines, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition. This includes diagnosing malfunctions, identify potential safety hazards and address even minor issues that could impact the safety or functionality of the facilities and equipment.

· Enhance and implement maintenance procedures to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure the longevity of facilities other systems.

· Other tasks initiated by the Management

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a diploma or certification in any vocational related courses

· Skilled in carpentry works, welding works, painting works, and other related construction works.

· Ability to manage a multi-skilled team

· Know how to drive four wheel and with professional driver's license

· Proven experience as construction foreman
