As an Electrical Foreman, you will oversee and coordinate electrical works on‑site, ensuring that all installations, maintenance, and construction activities meet company standards, project deadlines, and safety regulations. Your Role Supervise and lead a team of electricians and apprentices on site. Plan, schedule, and allocate tasks to ensure project timelines are met. Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Inspect electrical systems and components to ensure compliance with regulations. Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and other trades for efficient workflow. Ensure all electrical work adheres to safety protocols and quality standards. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate records of work performed. Identify and resolve on‑site technical issues promptly. What We’re Looking For Trade Test Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Valid Electrical License or Certification (if required by law). Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction or industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and construction standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
