Compliance Officer

- Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Monitor and enforce adherence to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including labor, tax, data privacy, and industry-specific mandates.
- Develop and Implement Policies – Draft, update, and roll out company policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen compliance framework across all business units.
- Conduct Audits and Risk Assessments – Regularly review operational processes, documents, and transactions to identify risks, prevent violations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide Training and Guidance – Educate employees and leaders on compliance requirements, Code of Conduct, and ethical standards to promote a culture of accountability.
- Report and Coordinate with Authorities – Prepare accurate reports, handle regulatory submissions, and liaise with government agencies (e.g., DOLE, BIR, SEC, LGU) to ensure timely compliance.
- Support Corporate Governance – Ensure business practices align with legal, ethical, and organizational standards while supporting sustainable growth.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Law, Business Administration, Accountancy, or any related course
- With at least 3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory roles
- Strong knowledge of Philippine laws, labor standards, and government regulations
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
