Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Work Location: Onsite – Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

Work Shift: Night Shift (12:00 NN – 9:00 AM, Mondays to Fridays)

Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 50,000 per month (plus incentives and benefits)

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and goal-driven Sales Team Leaders to join our growing team. The ideal candidates are strong communicators, strategic thinkers, and passionate about driving results in a fast-paced sales environment. You will lead a team of sales professionals and play a key role in acquiring new clients in the U.S. healthcare and social assistance industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Acquire new U.S. client accounts and build strong business relationships.
  • Conduct outreach and manage client communication to generate new business opportunities.
  • Oversee client onboarding by collecting necessary information for job creation.
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Ideal Profile:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales leadership or business development.
  • Proven B2B sales or SaaS experience is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
