Position:
Team Leader – Credit Card Operations (BFSI)

Location:
On-site in Taguig City

Work Schedule:
Shifting schedule (including mid/graveyard and weekends/holidays as needed)

Salary Package:
₱38,000 – ₱43,000 basic + ₱2,000 allowance per month

Target Start Date:
Immediate / ASAP

We are urgently looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage a high-performing credit card operations team in a global BPO environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience in a BPO setting
  • At least 3 years of solid experience in Banking/Financial Services (BFSI), preferably in credit card accounts
  • Proven expertise in credit card operations, collections, dispute/chargeback resolution, fraud investigations, and strict compliance with FCRA, FDCPA, PCI-DSS, and card network rules
  • Strong people leadership: mentoring, performance management, handling escalations, driving KPIs (AHT, FCR, CSAT, collections recovery rate, chargeback success rate, quality & compliance scores)
  • Excellent analytical skills: monitoring metrics, preparing reports, identifying gaps, and implementing process improvements
  • Must be fully amenable to a 100% on-site setup and shifting schedule in Taguig
  • No active/back-to-back application with the client
