Virtual Staffing Solutions is seeking detail-oriented Property Compliance Coordinators with exceptional communication and organizational skills to join our dynamic team.
The Property Compliance Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring that all properties meet municipal, HOA, and internal compliance standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
- Communicate with Municipalities and HOAs to obtain or clarify information.
- Read and interpret violation notices, municipal documents, and governing documents.
- Update and maintain HOA governing documents and related information in the system.
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up on open items or pending actions.
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with both internal and external partners.
- Register several properties- Municipal (Rental Registration, Business Tax Receipt, Landlord Registration etc. )
- Use critical thinking to navigate situations that may not follow a standard process and work independently, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Utilize technology and software tools efficiently to manage workflows and documentation.
- Experience in compliance, admin, or property-related work (a plus)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems
