What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as a Data Analyst, where you'll monitor energy transactions, analyze data trends, and support accurate reporting for an international energy technology leader.

What It Takes to Excel

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or related field

Technical Skills:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling:
  • Complex formulas
  • VBA and Macros
  • Power Query
  • Experience in automation to streamline data processes is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Analytical and Organizational Skills:

  • Strong quantitative analysis and insight generation
  • Excellent attention to accuracy, documentation, and detail

Communication and Adaptability:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to communicate with utilities, ISOs, and regulatory bodies
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

Work Ethic:

  • Hardworking, detail-oriented, and ready to meet tight deadlines

Your Key Contributions

  • Monitor the energy transaction dashboard and resolve exceptions
  • Collect, interpret, and translate market data supporting energy trades
  • Research utility tariffs and market regulations
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate data transactions
  • Prepare documents and provide administrative support
