Job Summary:

The Travel Intern will assist the travel agency team in handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting booking operations. The intern will gain exposure to real-world travel and tours operations, marketing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing travel quotations and itineraries.
  • Support in handling client inquiries via phone, email, or social media.
  • Help with booking requests and coordinating with suppliers (airlines, hotels, tours).
  • Update databases, records, and marketing materials.
  • Participate in research on travel trends, promos, and destinations.
  • Provide administrative support to the travel team.
  • Assist in social media postings and marketing campaigns.
  • Shadow Travel Executives / Specialists in client handling and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related course.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace).
  • Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and adaptable.
  • Passionate about travel and customer service.
