Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a marketing supervisor or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and design techniques
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other design software is a plus

Job Summary

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, including content creation, social media, email marketing, and advertising initiatives.
  • Generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, such as blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including merchandising, category marketing lead, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, digital technologies, and consumer behavior.
  • Assist in developing marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and insights to stakeholders.
