Tribo Food Ventures, Inc. is looking to expand our operations We're looking for a cashier staff that can help our business grow

What you will do:

  • Will be responsible for providing good customer food and beverage service during dining, food, take-away, events and special restaurant function.

  • Prepare and organize inventories of table wares, clothing, and other equipment

  • Help oversee the Front-of-House operations and help service staff attend to guests' needs and requests when needed.

  • Handles customer concerns and complaints calmly and effectively
  • Ensure cleanliness and appropriate table set-up, number of seats and the placement of condiments in the service table
  • Assist and attends to customer or guests upon entry and before leaving the function room to proper seat and table assignments
  • Present and answer questions on food menu, special food request and other items offered and served
  • Suggests, offers and promotes house specialities, promotions and seasonal products including special wines and liquors
  • Coordinate with the back-of-house for special requests of the guests
  • Report items lost and found to the Service Manager, Management or security personnel
  • May be given special assignments or tasks depending on the restaurant's during catering and special events.

What we need:

Educational Requirements: Graduate of Culinary or any relevant degree (is an ADVANTAGE, but NOT required)

Professional Training, vocation or certification: TESDA level certification on Food and Beverage Service, Table Setting, Customer Service and Cash equipment or software (POS) training are welcome as an advantage in the absence of a bachelor's degree and/or TOR

Work experience: At least 6 months experience in a food/restaurant setting

Working Conditions: On-site, 1 rest day a week, or as required
