Compensation range:   1500AUD AUD / Monthly

Engagement type:      Independent Contractor Agreement 

Work Schedule:  This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: 

A leading pest management specialist serving residential and commercial clients across Melbourne and surrounding regions. 

Role Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support the client's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage administrative tasks with efficiency while providing excellent communication and customer support.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and respond to emails, inquiries, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with residential and commercial clients
  • Maintain and update the booking system and customer database
  • Assist with preparing quotes, invoices, and basic reporting
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and online platforms
  • Support marketing efforts such as posting updates on social media or coordinating with external providers
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth daily operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Customer service experience is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of the pest control or service industry is an advantage but not required

 This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
