Job Summary:

Nsure is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Implementation Agent to support clients through onboarding and system implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, assist in configuring our solutions, and ensure a smooth and successful deployment. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required. This role involves exceptional communication, problem-solving, and client engagement skills to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring efficient system setup and configuration.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into system specifications and workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to address client needs and resolve implementation issues.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide support to clients on system features and best practices.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for client requirements, implementation plans, and progress updates.
  • Conduct thorough testing of configurations and integrations before go-live.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and post-implementation phases.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize client workflows and enhance system adoption.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, business analysis, project implementation, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM, project management, or system configuration tools is preferred.
  • Experience working in the insurance industry or supporting insurance systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Customer-focused and proactive with a problem-solving attitude.

  • Dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
  • Personal computer or laptop capable of supporting system and communication tools.
  • Willing to work during US or regional business hours to support clients effectively.
