Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Life Insurance Agent. Key responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their life insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Agents will assess clients' financial objectives, explain policy details, maintain consistent client engagement, and process new applications while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves ongoing relationship management to provide exceptional support and build trust.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales ability and expertise in customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
  • Knowledge of life insurance products and financial planning strategies
  • Ability to evaluate client needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and explain policy terms clearly
  • Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and remote team collaboration
  • State life insurance licensing is required or willingness to obtain licensing
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized approach to work
  • Experience in insurance or financial services industry is a plus
