Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Planning Analyst based in Makati, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Financial Planning Analyst will be responsible for preparing financial models, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and contributing to financial planning initiatives. The role also involves conducting thorough analyses to provide actionable insights and facilitate decision-making for organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Planning and strong Analytical Skills
  • Foundation in Finance, including Budgeting & Forecasting expertise
  • Experience in Financial Modeling
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Professional certifications (such as CFA or CPA) are a plus
