As the Construction Project Manager, you are responsible for leading the overall direction and management of the project, to ensure that the construction project management plans are carried out expeditiously and accurately in a manner acceptable to the client. The position demands complete responsibility from start to finish of a project, thus requiring extensive knowledge of the latest construction project management methods, techniques & practices including contract negotiation skills and proven ability to maintain cost-effective operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Must be a licensed Engineer and/or Architect.
  • With at least a minimum of 8-10 years of work experience in a Supervisory or Managerial position.
  • Candidate must experience managing/ handling hotel & casino, and/or high-rise projects.
  • Hands-on experience with project management - scope, procurement of contract packages and OSM, schedule, cost, stakeholder, and risk management are preferred.
  • Experienced in design management, project scheduling, field QA/QC inspection and processes.
  • Must be knowledgeable in contract administration, QA/QC work, and design review.
  • Experienced handling precon, construction, and postcon phase.
  • Must have a strong communication skills (written, oral, including presentation skills).
  • Knowledgeable on Construction Software, such as ProCore
  • Must be willing to work Boracay, Aklan
