Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and efficient customer service through calls or other communication channels.
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Ensure service quality and performance targets are consistently met.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve service goals.

Qualifications
  • Open to college undergraduates or graduates.
  • Must have at least 1 year of work experience in any account.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig and open to assignment at any company site (for reprofiling purposes).
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and to work on holidays if required.
