Responsible for supporting the E-Commerce team by assisting in the generation of accurate reports, applying monthly promotions, and managing data across various platforms. Also responsible for developing templates, analyzing sales and website performance, and providing actionable insights to improve online strategies. The role ensures clean and consolidated data, accurate promotion setup, and supports decision-making through performance tracking and special reports.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of any courses; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management , Commerce, Advertising, or Media is a plus;
- Work experience related to E Commerce, Social Media Management, Marketing, or Retail is an advantage;
- Familiar with the user interface of Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop and Shopify;
- Good written and oral communication;
- Proficient in Excel;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
