We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the company by performing a variety of tasks related to management and administrative duties. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Desired Qualifications:

  • FRESH GRADUATES ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
  • Must be a graduate of  any 4-year course.
  • Extensive knowledge in operations-related functions (Inventory Control, Systems and Procedures Development, Planning and Analysis)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions promptly.
  • A working experience supervising special projects
  • Must have strong observational skills and judgment and should be able to think strategically
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and dealing with people across all levels of the organization
  • Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
