We're looking for a Commercial & Operations Associate who will work directly with the CEO and our leadership team in building Echelon's commercial engine. This is a hybrid role that blends sales coordination, client servicing, operations, and project management — ideal for someone who wants a fast-track path to a leadership role in sports, content, and brand partnerships.

What you'll do:

Support the CEO in day-to-day commercial operations — sales calls, pitch meetings, proposal builds, and follow-ups.

Coordinate across internal teams (content, production, strategy) to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare decks, proposals, reports, and client documentation.

Handle essential operational tasks such as scheduling, procurement, and organizational workflows.

Own sales pipeline tracking, CRM updates, and status reports.

Attend select client meetings and represent Echelon in professional settings.

Who you are

2–4 years experience in marketing, media, business operations, or account management.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in fast-moving environments.

Strong communicator with excellent presentation and writing skills.

Proficient in Google Slides/PowerPoint and Sheets/Excel.

Interested in a long-term path toward either Commercial Leadership or Chief of Staff roles.

Growth Roadmap

0–6 months:

Master Echelon operations and sales coordination workflows.

Co-lead proposal building and client onboarding.

Handle key administrative systems and status reporting.

6–12 months:

Manage select accounts and run client meetings independently.

Help shape commercial strategy and pipeline development.

Transition toward Head of Commercial Operations or Chief of Staff, depending on strengths and interest.
