Role Overview:As a Pre-Enrollment & Patient Engagement Specialist, you'll be the first voice patients hear setting the tone for their care journey. You'll guide them through intake, earn their trust, and help them take that first step toward better health. It's a unique mix of warmth, precision, and proactive coordination.

- We'll train you like a closer — not just a caller.
- This role is designed as a pathway to promotion within 6–12 months to AE, team lead, customer success, or operations roles.
- Weekly coaching, clear goals, and real-time feedback. You won't be guessing what to improve — we'll guide you there.
- Reach out via calls, SMS, and email to kick off the patient onboarding process
- Help patients complete intake forms, pre-consult assessments, and next steps
- Answer questions with empathy, accuracy, and energy
- Ensure documentation is accurate and on time
- Be a calm, confident, and supportive voice
- Explain timelines, processes, and next steps clearly
- Create a welcoming first impression that builds confidence in care
- Be the bridge between patients and clinical teams
- Keep patient info up to date in CRM and health tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, EMRs)
- Spot and fix issues in the pre-enrollment funnel before they become problems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to move patients efficiently through each stage
- Exceptional English communication skills (verbal + written, neutral accent preferred)
- Experience in healthcare coordination, patient intake, or support
- Comfort using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), dialers, and SMS platforms (e.g. OpenPhone)
- Strong attention to detail — you're the type who catches the typo others miss
- Poise under pressure — you stay solution-focused, even when things get busy
- Background in telehealth, concierge medicine, or multi-provider practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA and secure messaging best practices
- Comfortable with digital tools: spreadsheets, Slack, dashboards, and AI chat interfaces
