Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving and Transportation:
  • Provide safe and reliable transportation to executives, ensuring timely arrival at all scheduled destinations.
  • Follow established routes or adjust based on real-time traffic conditions and executive preferences.
  • Assist with luggage and other items as needed.
  • Vehicle Maintenance:
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and regularly serviced.
  • Perform routine vehicle checks (e.g., tire pressure, oil level, fuel, etc.) and arrange for repairs or servicing as required.
  • Professional Conduct:
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Represent the company in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner.
  • Schedule Management:
  • Coordinate with the executive's assistant or scheduler to ensure the timely execution of travel plans.
  • Be flexible to changes in schedule or route when necessary.
  • Safety:
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the safety of passengers by driving defensively and maintaining a safe driving speed.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with other office-related tasks when required (e.g., running errands, handling mail, etc.).
  • Manage vehicle logs for maintenance, fuel usage, and any travel-related expenses.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • At least [X] years of experience in a professional driving role, preferably as an executive driver or chauffeur.
  • Knowledge of local traffic laws, roadways, and transportation routes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required.
  • Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance procedures.
