SAQ Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the site acquisition process from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary approvals and permits are obtained
• Assess and evaluate potential sites for new projects, taking into account factors such as zoning regulations, environmental impact, and access to utilities
• Support/Assist to negotiate leases and other agreements with property owners and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure that all contracts and agreements are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Work closely with Project Manager, Site Acquisition Team, and other stakeholders to ensure that site acquisition activities are aligned with project timelines and budget constraints
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, and community groups
• Manage a team of site acquisition specialists and provide guidance and support as needed
• Help establish on project priorities and goals for project performance including timely achievement billing milestones.
• Manage micro and macro site acquisition projects and operations for assigned areas ensuring the proper flow of information concerning site acquisition.
• Deliberate with site acquisition personnel to meet client guidelines and evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of execution of site acquisition programs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to site acquisition and land use regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 3 to 5years of experience in site acquisition, with strong exposure to real estate companies.
• Proven knowledge of end-to-end site acquisition and permitting processes.
• Familiarity with property ownership, title, and legal documentation.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
