About iSON Tower

We provide tower sharing services to mobile operators through our in-house integrated design and engineering, procurement, construction and project management skills in the Telecom domain. Along with tower sharing services to MNOs through Build-to-Suit (BTS) towers and Buy-and-Lease-Back (BLB) of tower assets, we also undertake long term annuity contracts such as Managed Services for Mobile Network Operators. Long Term contracts with MNOs allows us to focus on long term benefits, process re-engineering and thereby, add value to our clients and achieve optimum utilization of telecom resources.

Qualifications

  • At least graduate degree or equivalent
  • Must have experience in telecom industry
  • Must have own laptop and be ready to join immediately or within 2 weeks

Job Responsibilities & KRAs

100% Uptime

  • Responsible for overall O&M activities on the field.
  • Coordinate closely with Power Engineer & cooperative in case of power outage.
  • Coordinate with Power Engineer on defective assets and ensure timely replacement with new ones.
  • Handle month-end meter reading data as per company requirements on colo sites.
  • Perform site passive load calculation with the help of O&M engineers.
  • Manage and reconcile fuel with the assistance of the responsible power engineer.
  • Arrange grid power connection applications and required documentation.
  • Process electrical & O&M vendor invoices and ensure on-time billing and payments.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager.
  • Manage company assets.

Energy Management

  • Coordinate with cooperative office for timely collection & payment of SOA.
  • Ensure timely fuel refilling at site.
  • Manage SOA corrections.
  • Perform electrical bill reconciliation for each site.
  • Prepare energy reports (DG, Grid, Battery).
  • Provide support to Manila/India team for customer energy billing.

Deployment and Site Construction

  • Ensure timely completion of site construction with RFTI declaration of sites with power.
  • Coordinate with Field Team & cooperative office team for application, line connection, and energization within target dates.

SAQ and Permits

  • Support SAQ team in site hunting, BP, and OC permits.
  • Provide support to SAQ on lessor complaints.
