Job Roles and Responsibilities

Deliverables

· Assist in coordinating project management activities to track build progress, including documents, and all pertinent project data, project documentation, coordination and transport of documents to stakeholders.

· Creates and maintains project documentations and reports/dashboards, working with Project Leads and Project Management Office (PMOs) for timely updates and callouts.

· Project monitoring including SAQ progress and updating report trackers.

· Attends the strategy discussions, sprint planning, sprint review meetings and retrospectives.

· Using necessary tools to process project requirements, including gathering of details, filing, facilitate approval and endorsement to stakeholders.

· Supports site issue resolution, and activities pertaining to site acquisition and permitting works.

· Consolidate RTB status and timeline from Towerco and/or BAU vendors (i.e Macro, Small Cells, etc.)

· Monitor ELAS (via Maximo) approval completion as applicable.

· Monitor progress until RTB declaration

· Monitor progress of TSSR submission and approval

· Consolidate status of permit secured declaration for Towerco sites (ex: renovation, pre and post con)

· Ensure compliance with the client standard and regulations and participate in routinely process improvement.

· Ensures that all issues are monitored with timely escalation of any site acquisition-related issues and get disposition from approvers (ex. For site dropping, site replacement, deferment, etc.)

· Consolidate and coordinate identified permitting/RTB issues (LGU, Lessor, Contract, Admin, HOA, etc)

· Ensures that Data required in the trackers/Kanban are timely and accurately updated and fully monitored

  • Provides supports for both administrative and site acquisition related tasks.

ADHOC

· Any related BAU tasks that the Project Lead/Team Lead requires

Job Qualifications

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
  2. With 1-2 years of working experience in Site Acquisition Processes and Negotiation
  3. Has a background knowledge in Telecom towers, facilities and Contract of Lease
  4. Problem solving, analytical skill, critical thinking and negotiation skills.
  5. Expert level on Microsoft Office especially, EXCEL and POWERPOINT
  6. Good Communication skills
  7. Goal Driven, Self-starter, Tech Savvy, Team Player

Can travel to site if needed.
