- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Education, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field
- Additional coursework or certifications in Instructional Design, eLearning Development, or Technical Communication is a plus
Experience
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a related field
- Proven experience in:
- Designing and delivering training programs for both technical (e.g., IT teams, data professionals, engineers) and non-technical (e.g., sales, HR, finance) employee groups
- Translating complex technical concepts (e.g., AI, software tools, analytics) into accessible, engaging learning content for diverse audiences
- Experience coordinating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to co-develop accurate and effective training materials
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
- Proficiency in training tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Canva, or similar platforms
- Ability to use Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course deployment and tracking (e.g., Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, TalentLMS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content and tone for different audience levels
- Organizational and project management skills to coordinate training rollouts, monitor completion, and report on impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to technical domains such as AI, data analytics, or IT systems
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and SCORM/xAPI standards
- Interest in emerging training technologies (e.g., virtual classrooms, AI-driven personalization)
