We are looking for a reliable and driven Assistant Operations Manager to support overall business operations and ensure efficiency across all departments. This role involves coordinating daily activities, monitoring performance, and implementing process improvements to drive productivity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Support policy implementation, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in operations or administrative management.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
