WORK DETAILS:

  • Location: Eastwood City
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30PM to 5:30AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input financial and non-financial data into accounting systems and databases
  • Maintain and update customer, vendor, and transaction records
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any discrepancies
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements, ledgers, and accounts
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and other accounting documents
  • Ensure data confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Perform basic bookkeeping functions under the guidance of the accounting team
  • Organize and file physical and digital financial documents for easy retrieval
  • Collaborate with accounting and admin to streamline workflows and ensure data accuracy

Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
  • Accounting knowledge or background is a strong plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
  • Good typing speed with minimal errors
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

ABOUT US:

We are a growing company engaged in Web Development, Web Design and Content Management. We operate on a NIGHT SHIFT schedule - Monday to Friday, 8:30PM to 5:30AM. Although we do offer alternative shifts to tenured employees.
