Data Verification

File and Database Management

  • Organize, update, and maintain records and databases.Ensure all files comply with company standards and remain accessible.

Routine Data Entry Tasks

  • Update existing records, create new entries, and remove outdated information.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with team members to maintain consistency in data management.
  • Communicate effectively to support smooth data-related processes.

Issue Identification & Reporting

  • Detect and report data-related issues promptly.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Policy & Security Compliance

  • Follow company data entry standards and security protocols.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.

Procedure Development & Improvement

Requirements:
