Base pay range

$7,200.00/yr - $7,800.00/yr


Role

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist (Logistics) who will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing logistics-related data within our systems. This role supports the smooth operation of our supply chain by ensuring information is precise, accessible, and up-to-date.


Responsibilities
  • Enter and update shipping, receiving, and inventory data into the company database with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain records of logistics transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and inventory updates
  • Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure data alignment
  • Prepare and generate regular reports on logistics activities, such as delivery status and inventory levels
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation
  • Assist with documentation for customs, freight, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure security of sensitive data

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in data entry or logistics support is a plus
  • Proficiency in data entry software and logistics systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, or WMS)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • [Optional] Knowledge of supply chain or logistics terminology and processes is a plus
