What is your mission?

We are looking for a Business Finance Analyst to provide insights that drive smart decision-making and operational efficiency. This role will focus on analyzing financial performance, managing production costs, preparing forecasts, and supporting profitability assessments. You will collaborate with operations and leadership to align financial goals with business objectives and deliver timely, accurate reports that shape strategic initiatives.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making
  • Monitor and manage production costs, budgets, and forecasts to identify savings opportunities
  • Partner with operations to improve efficiency and align financial goals with business objectives
  • Conduct profitability assessments, pricing reviews, and other financial analyses
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations
  • Produce monthly performance reports accurately and on time
Who are we looking for?
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in retail or consumer products
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting for international distribution
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data tables, multi-variable analysis, visualization)
  • Experience extracting data and running reports in NetSuite, Xero, or similar systems
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and Google Sheets is a plus
  • Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA, Excel Power User) are an advantage
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
