Are you a highly analytical and problem-solving individual with a passion for driving digital transformation? We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing digital solutions across various initiatives, including Gross Margin, Commercial Growth, and Customer Experience.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement and optimize digital solutions, contributing to significant efficiency gains and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Analysis & Implementation: Analyze and validate use cases for digital solutions, support the implementation of various digital tools and platforms, collaborate with IT, Product, and Operations, and monitor project health and success metrics.
  • Vendor Management: Assist in vendor evaluation and assessment, support technical reviews and integration planning, coordinate pilot launches, and track vendor performance and ROI.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and map high-impact processes, analyze and document efficiency improvements, support automation and digital transformation initiatives, and monitor operational metrics.
  • Stakeholder Management: Participate in progress updates, performance reviews with clients, and executive briefings, collaborating with various teams including DS, CX, IT, and Finance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics such as time savings, accuracy improvement rates, user adoption rates, ROI per implementation, and stakeholder satisfaction scores.
