The Role: Part-Time Placement Advisor (Night Shift, Onsite)

We're looking for someone who listens deeply, communicates with empathy, and finds purpose in helping people move forward.

As a Placement Advisor, you'll be the bridge — connecting families who need support with applicants seeking meaningful work. You'll guide, follow up, and ensure every interaction reflects care, clarity, and professionalism.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first, trusted voice families and applicants hear.
  • Follow up proactively and keep the placement process moving forward.
  • Support applicants with empathy and clarity at every stage.
  • Keep meticulous, meaningful records in our CRM.
  • Represent 's values of integrity, care, and reliability.

What You Bring

  • A college degree is preferred — but your experience, intuition, and drive matter just as much.
  • You communicate clearly, listen actively, and build rapport naturally.
  • Experience in customer service, recruitment, or placement is a plus.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (at least 4 hours nightly) and occasional weekends.
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and dependable.
