The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling medical products to healthcare professionals and institutions. The role involves meeting sales targets, building long-term relationships with clients, and providing excellent product knowledge and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

● Promote and sell medical devices, equipment, and/or pharmaceutical products to doctors, nurses, hospitals, and clinics.

● Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.

● Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and objectives.

● Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and training for clients.

● Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.

● Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates.

● Provide responsive after-sales service and resolve client concerns promptly.

● Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional initiatives.

● Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in sales practices.

Qualifications & Criteria:

● A four-year degree is a must, with a strong preference for candidates with a Medical Technology background.

● Previous experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) sales is a significant advantage and will help you hit the ground running.

● Proven integrity and a strong work ethic.

● Outstanding ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.

● A genuine desire to help customers and meet their needs.

● Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.

● Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

● Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic

workload.

A good working environment with higher commissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
