Job Title: Accounting Manager – Accounts Receivable (AR)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Accounting Manager – Accounts Receivable to oversee our receivables function. This role ensures accurate recording of receivables, efficient collections, and timely reporting aligned with business and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in leading AR teams in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) processes including billing, collections, and recording of customer payments.
  • Oversee accurate posting of CR/AR, CM/DM transactions in SAP or ERP system.
  • Ensure timely generation of AR Status Reports, Aging Reports, and Sales Invoices.
  • Finalize and validate monthly sales reports and override commissions.
  • Analyze and interpret Collection Efficiency and Revenue Variance Reports.
  • Work with the Inventory Audit Team to ensure reconciled receivables and inventory records.
  • Maintain strong credit control and customer account monitoring practices.
  • Assist in year-end closings and internal/external audit requirements related to AR.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance reviews for the AR staff.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
  • CPA license is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in an AR leadership role.
  • Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition standards and audit compliance.


Job Title: Accounting Manager – Accounts Payable (AP)

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager – Accounts Payable to manage and oversee our payables, payroll reconciliation, accruals, and tax compliance. The role will ensure accurate and timely posting of expenses, vendor payments, and overall cost control across the organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Accounts Payable (AP) team and daily AP operations.
  • Ensure timely validation, posting, and reconciliation of invoices and expenses.
  • Finalize monthly accruals for prepayments, utilities, payroll, and other operating costs.
  • Oversee Payroll Reconciliation and government remittance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, BIR requirements, and submission of Books of Accounts.
  • Handle cost center creation and updates in line with proper hierarchy and company codes.
  • Generate A/P Status Reports, Tax Annualization, and Expense Reports for management.
  • Review and interpret Expense Variance Reports to support management decisions.
  • Monitor business registration renewals and compliance reports (e.g., GIS).
  • Provide guidance and performance reviews to the AP personnel.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
  • CPA license is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in AP leadership.
  • Knowledge of SAP, general ledger processes, accruals, and tax compliance.
  • Experience in handling government compliance and payroll coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
