Responsibilities:

  • Oversee credit assessments and approvals, ensuring adherence to credit policies and procedures.
  • Manage the collections process, setting and achieving performance targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Identify and report potential credit risks and develop strategies to minimize exposure and improve overall credit health.
  • Analyze current processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency in credit and collections operations.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for collections, providing regular reports on accounts receivable status and collection activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolve collection-related issues.
  • Manage escalated customer disputes and approve write-offs for uncollectible accounts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5 years' work experience in credit and collections, preferably in a shared services environment.
  • Knowledgeable in C&C policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word).
  • Proficiency in HighRadius is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English language communication skills required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month
