JOB SUMMARY

  • Oversees the accurate recording of employee work hours, supervises the timekeeping team, and ensures compliance with company policies.
  • This role also involves processing government remittances, (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), maintaining employee master files, and collaborating with the Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supervise the timekeeping team to ensure accurate recording of work hours, attendance, and compliance with company policies.

· Maintain and update employee master files, ensuring accurate records of personal details, employment status, and leave balances.

· Work closely with the Payroll team to verify time date and ensure accurate payroll processing.

· Resolve any timekeeping discrepancies or employee inquiries related to attendance, payroll, or government remittances.

· Provide training to staff on timekeeping systems and procedures.

· Prepare and submit reports related to timekeeping systems and procedures.

· Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies regarding overtime, leave, and benefits.

· Process government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) in a timely manner.

· Process government loans for employees (e.g. SSS loans, Pag-ibig loans) and ensure proper deductions.

· Handle the processing of SSS benefits, including maternity benefits, sickness benefits, and other employee claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reimbursements from SSS.

· Perform other tasks and related functions as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll, or HR administration, with supervisory experience preferred

· Knowledge of government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), including SSS loans, sickness benefits, maternity benefits, and other related benefits

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

· Good communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
