- Proficient in English with basic computer skills.
- Able to work shifts, including nights/weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, addressing patient queries about healthcare services, appointments, and insurance claims with strong communication skills.
- Document patient interactions in CRM systems, ensuring accurate records and following up on healthcare-related escalations.
- Collaborate to improve processes and meet BPO service goals specific to healthcare accounts.
- Multitask, troubleshoot healthcare billing issues, and provide support for patient care inquiries.
- Participate in training for healthcare protocols, call center technologies, and compliance with medical privacy regulations.
