Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of work experience, preferably in BPO or customer service.
  • Proficient in English with basic computer skills.
  • Able to work shifts, including nights/weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, addressing patient queries about healthcare services, appointments, and insurance claims with strong communication skills.
  • Document patient interactions in CRM systems, ensuring accurate records and following up on healthcare-related escalations.
  • Collaborate to improve processes and meet BPO service goals specific to healthcare accounts.
  • Multitask, troubleshoot healthcare billing issues, and provide support for patient care inquiries.
  • Participate in training for healthcare protocols, call center technologies, and compliance with medical privacy regulations.
