
Customer Service and Order Processing Representative

THIS IS A POSITION THAT REQUIRES FOR YOU TO HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF WORKING FOR AN E-COMMERCE COMPANY AND HAVE SHOPIFY AND ZENDESK/GORGIAS EXPERIENCE.

This is a work from home post, so a stable internet connection, laptop/computer and noise cancelling headset is required.
OutPeak services Inc is looking for a dynamic, prompt, and attentive customer service representative and order processor to join our close-knit team. The potential candidate would be required to answer customer inquiries and questions about their orders to ensure customer satisfaction via email, phone and chat and process their orders. The majority of customer interactions will most likely be via email and chat, but you will also be expected to answer phone calls if customers ever call.

The Company has 2 main divisions:
- The first division contains our line of brands that deal with commercial and residential matting product, and manages brands such as Canada Mats, Coco Mats N More, and Mat Supplier Group.
- The second division is our high-end kids products from our mother brand, Posh Baby and Kids, and manages brands such as the Bentley Trike, McLaren Scooters, and Dwinguler Canada.

Customer Service Responsibilities List:
- Manage/respond to chats, emails, and phone calls.
- Promote additional products and services.
- Process orders in a timely manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Going the "extra mile" to make a customer happy.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Track personal accomplishments with customers and ask for public feedback.
- Shopify experience.
- Must be used to a fast paced environment and proactive.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
