Sourcing and Logistics Supervisor

The Sourcing and Logistics Supervisor will manage daily procurement operations, ensures team compliance with policies, and supports timely completion of sourcing and purchasing requests. He/She will also daily logistics operations, ensuring that all receiving, dispatching, transportation, and warehouse activities are executed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and assign SRFs to specialists.
  • Review and check sourcing matrices before sending to project leads.
  • Follow up approvals and monitor deadlines.
  • Check budget requests for completeness before forwarding.
  • Coordinate order releasing and item turnover with Logistics.
  • Mentor specialists and ensure daily updates are sent to requestors.
  • Supervise the execution of MRF and VRF procedures.
  • Approve van scheduling requests and communicate confirmations.
  • Monitor warehouse cleanliness and daily task assignments.
  • Ensure outgoing and incoming items are checked, documented, and filed.
  • Supervise event/project preparations and post-event checks.
  • Oversee trip budget allocations, receipt collection, and reporting.
  • Lead monthly inventory audits with Inventory Clerk and Logistics Specialist.
  • Escalate operational concerns to the Logistics Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any course.
  • With at least 2 years of work experience in the related field.
  • Must be willing to do field work.
  • Can start ASAP.
