Admin and Logistics Assistant

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Responsible for providing efficient support and ensure success of procurement and logistic activities, while providing efficient utilization of resources in accordance with applicable standards.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. PROCUREMENT
Canvass and purchase items to effective movement and deployment of security personnel, including supplies or materials needed in the day to day activities of MIBSSI.
Recommend potential suppliers by preparing a purchasing write-up to be submitted to the Admin & Logistics Supervisor.
Prepare and submit Purchase Orders (PO) for approval of the Admin & Logistics Supervisor &/or Admin & Logistics Manager.
Maintain a cost-of-purchase record of all items, in order to be guided for future purchases.
Follow all instructions issued by the Admin. & Logistics Supervisor.
B. WAREHOUSING
Receive and record all deliveries of supplies and materials for operating units.
Issue equipment and supplies and record all releases to employees and other legitimately-authorized users.
C. RECORD KEEPING
Strictly monitor and track down movement of all non-real estate assets using updated computer database programs.
Regularly conduct inventory of all supplies and assets and report results to the Admin. & Logistics Supervisor &/or the Admin & Logistics Manager.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related course
· Minimum of (1) years' experience as Logistics Administrator or Warehousing
· Knowledge of Logistics Software
· Proficient in Microsoft Word & Power Point
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Must be a good moral character and possess sound judgement, particularly in assessing character
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
