Job Description:

  • Researches and evaluates potential suppliers and service providers.
  • Requests quotes and compares prices for maximum ROI.
  • Estimates and establishes cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
  • Creates and maintains good relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Negotiates appropriate contracts for pricing and supply
  • Examines and reviews products and supplies to ensure quality
  • Tracks incoming inventory delivery arrival time and note actual arrival time
  • Organizes and updates database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices and quantity of supplies
  • Work with team members, supervisors and Logistics Service Head to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationship with vendors
  • Analyzes potential suppliers and service providers for future project needs
  • Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested
  • Acts as Bidding Committee Secretary in absence of the assigned Bidding Committee Secretary
  • Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-years Business / Engineering Course
  • Proficient in using MS Office Applications (Excel,Word,Powerpoint,Outlook)
  • Knowledgeable in SAP
  • With Good Analytical Skills and Communication Skills
  • Can start ASAP
