Export Supply Chain Supervisor Ortigas| Full-Time | FMCG Division – Renowned Conglomerate

We are part of a well-established conglomerate known for operational excellence and market leadership across diverse industries. As part of our FMCG division, we are looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented Export Supply Chain Supervisor to lead international logistics operations and ensure seamless export processes across key global markets.

Role Overview

The Export Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end export operations—ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with international standards. This role will play a critical part in supporting our growth and maintaining world-class supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate full export cycle, from order planning to shipment execution
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documentation (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, COO, BL)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth and compliant cross-border movements
  • Monitor shipping schedules, inventory flow, and customer requirements to support business continuity and service levels
  • Maintain compliance with international trade laws, Incoterms, and company protocols
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost savings, and service improvements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in export logistics, preferably within the FMCG sector or a multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and trade documentation
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
