Overview
We are looking for a Leasing Coordinator Assistant to support our Sales Representatives and Leasing Coordinators in managing equipment leasing transactions. This role involves a mix of billing, funding, commission review, document creation, and working with numbers (lease rates, cost/revenue, GLs). Candidates with an accounting or finance background are highly encouraged to apply, as the role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in handling financial data, and the ability to work with external leasing partners.

Responsibilities
- Organize and prepare leasing account applications for approval.
- Assist with billing, funding, commission review, and lease-related financial processes.
- Provide Sales Representatives with requested trade-up and buyout quotes, co-term rates, special rate quotes, and other requests.
- Monitor and respond to leasing-related inboxes, forwarding inquiries when necessary.
- Record and file customer Letter of Intents, and notify relevant teams and vendors.
- Prepare weekly wire transfers of payments to leasing vendors.
- Compile addendums related to leasing transactions and process accordingly.
- Process maintenance adjustments timely and accurately; coordinate with external partners and contracts team for billing updates.
- Attend required company and departmental meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, billing, or a related role (leasing experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- High comfort level working with numbers, financial documents, and GLs.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a client-oriented team.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Schedule: Night Shift (CST)
Setup: This is a remote (work-from-home) position open to candidates based anywhere in the Philippines.
