We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to oversee and manage the leasing operations of our commercial and/or residential properties. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for achieving occupancy goals, maintaining tenant relations, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring all leasing activities are handled efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day leasing operations and ensure all units are leased in a timely manner. Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones. Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants. Prepare, review, and finalize lease agreements in compliance with company policies. Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and occupancy reports. Coordinate with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are in excellent condition for viewing. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant information. Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and occupancy status. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and rental rates to recommend pricing adjustments. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with tenants. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or any related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related field. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with property management software is an advantage. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision. Customer-focused and goal-driven with a strong sense of responsibility. Willing to travel and conduct roving duties within store branches in Visayas and Mindanao. #J-18808-Ljbffr
