Job Summary

We are seeking a Resident Support Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for residents. This role focuses on ensuring tenant satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting with leasing, maintenance, billing, and move-in/move-out processes. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a customer service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Communication & Support

  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries via phone, email, or property portals.
  • Provide accurate information regarding lease terms, payments, maintenance, and community policies.
  • Document all resident interactions and resolutions in the property management system.

Leasing & Move-In/Move-Out Support

  • Assist with lease renewals, reviews, and addendums.
  • Support move-in and move-out coordination, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.
  • Prepare and send notices, welcome packets, and closing statements.

Maintenance Coordination

  • Receive and log maintenance requests from residents.
  • Coordinate with vendors and property managers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow up with residents to confirm satisfaction after service is completed.

Billing & Collections Support

  • Assist residents with questions about rent, fees, and account balances.
  • Issue reminders for late payments and provide updates on account status.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to address discrepancies or payment disputes.

Community & Compliance

  • Ensure residents are informed of community updates, events, or rule changes.
  • Support enforcement of community policies and HOA/landlord-tenant regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Customer-service focused with problem-solving abilities.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation.
