The HR VP oversees all facets of Human Resources, including strategic planning, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and compliance. The role requires a strong people management background and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all HR functions across the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support company objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Partner with senior leadership on organizational planning and workforce initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a "go-getter" attitude, taking ownership of initiatives and driving results.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles.
  • Proven background in people management and HR strategy.
  • Experience working in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
